RENEW 1-2-1 Programme

Our RENEW programme offers you a full analysis of your current diet and provides you with a report outlining your nutritional status in comparison to the current UK government guidelines for healthy eating. Following this, you will be set personal goals to help guide you through improving your nutritional health. We will work together to agree goals and put together a plan tailored to your needs and circumstances. 

We will have a weekly consultation, face to face for clients local to BS21, or distanced for those further afield, where we will discuss your achievements and challenges and set small goals for the coming week and beyond.

We will offer you guidance every step of the way, with fact sheets, motivational conversations, tips and ideas on how to reach your goals, recipes and 7 day a week instant message support. 

Making small changes each week will give you the confidence to change your behaviours at a pace that works for you while empowering you to take control of your nutritional health with healthy habits that can last you a lifetime. 

No two clients are the same and have the same needs so the plan will be tailored to your needs and can be evaluated at any time to ensure we are working together as a team to reach your goals in the most effective way.

Full Food Diary Analysis

Good nutrition is essential for optimal health. Meeting your body's nutritional needs reduces the risk of developing some illnesses and diseases including diabetes, stroke, coronary diseases and some cancers, so it is important to get the right balance of macro and micronutrients to provide our bodies with the fuel it needs. 

You will complete a 4 day food diary and a series of health and lifestyle questionnaires which we will use to assess your current eating pattern habits and nutrient intake.

On completion of the analysis we will provide you with a report outlining your current average calorie, macro and micronutrient intake and compare these to the recommended  UK Government intakes. 

Ideal Calories and Macros

Add on service for the food diary analysis, providing you with your ideal calories to reach your weight goal as well as ideal macro ranges to optimise your nutrition intake.
